Here at Charlie Bigham’s we are proud of much more than just the delicious food that we make (although we’re pretty proud of that).  It’s our fantastic team members that really set us apart and make our culture something very special.

In fact, we go out of our way to make Bigham’s a great place for everyone to work; we love to celebrate our successes, reward people who go the extra mile and help talented people grow their careers.

That’s why we are so happy about our new campus at Dulcote.  It’s given us chance to create a working environment that really sets the standard for our industry.  

We’ve taken our team members into account at every stage of the planning - from the picturesque outdoor relaxation spaces to the glass roof that lets natural light flood the building.

Given our passion for food (and fun), it won’t surprise you to learn that we’ve included a fantastic cafeteria, complete with stunning roof terrace, that will serve subsidised meals.  We’ve also made space for table football and pool tables for us to enjoy on our breaks.

Our other benefits are pretty good too, from the legendary Charlie Bigham’s annual BBQ through to our cycle to work scheme – and of course lots of our delicious food to take home!

Because we are brand new, we’ve got lots of different opportunities across our kitchen team right now but even if you can’t see a role that’s quite right for you, we’d still love to hear from you.

Experience working with food would be great but not essential - we’ve brought our ‘Dulcote Pioneers’ with us from our kitchens in London (that’s them in the pictures) to make sure there are plenty of people around to make you feel welcome and show you the ropes.
