The Role
Great news, our award winning Quarry Kitchen in Dulcote is now hiring for a brand new role! This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to develop their skills and progress into a Team Leader position in our Logistics Team. The purpose of the role is to ensure that we are aligning team members to our cultural values and enabling them to maximise their potential within the business.
Our Logistics teams coordinate the beginning and end of the process within the Quarry Kitchen. The team arrange for the storage of goods coming into the kitchen and the delivery of our finished dished to our customers.
As a Trainee Logistics Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a multi-skilled team, you’ll be involved in the end to end process of making our delicious food.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring all food meets our customers’ expectations of great quality, taste and dependability, whilst maintaining the highest standards of safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP.)
Applicants should have the ability to be a logical thinker, who remains calm under pressure. You will need to demonstrate a drive for continuous improvement, a positive attitude with a can do approach, and the ability to get the best from your team.
Working Hours
4 Days on / 4 Days Off - 0600-1800
