The role

We're looking for an experienced HR/People Partner to join our fabulous people team! As the People Business Partner, you will report into the People Director and partner with the Senior Site Leadership team.

You will work closely with the site leadership teams across the site to deliver initiatives to build engagement, drive performance, and address any operational challenge areas. The Company is in a period of rapid growth and development, so you'll need to enjoy a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks at once!

You are someone who can prioritise effectively and understand the competing requirements of the company and the site, finding the best path to ensure solutions are found to complex organisational problems. The role requires flexibility between strategic people guidance to driving day to day people agendas.

  • Coach our leaders on best practice, to maximise employee efficiencies and champion a diverse workforce throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Educate and empower managers in effectively implementing HR practices in all areas of employee relations
  • Develop HR training material in conjunction with the L&D function and the wider HR team that meets the needs of the business to achieve organisational success
  • Design, monitor, and measure HR metric/KPIs dashboards to facilitate change and drive key insights and decisions that support growth and retention 
  • Play a leadership role in the design and execution of business restructures, critical workforce planning initiatives, and identify critical succession planning needs
  • Champion HR initiatives to support Diversity & Inclusion throughout the organization
  • Facilitate communication, collaboration, and engagement across all areas of the business
